Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Phantara is a web application offering AI-assisted tarot readings. The service has two tiers: a free plan with limited features and a paid PRO plan with full access. Generated interpretations are for guidance only and do not constitute psychological, medical, financial, or any other professional advice.
2. User Account
To use the service you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@phantara.app.
3. PRO Plan and Payments
The PRO plan is a monthly or annual paid subscription processed by PayPal or Stripe. Charges are made at the start of each period and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your user panel; PRO access will remain active until the end of the paid period. Partial refunds for unused periods are not issued unless legally required.
4. Acceptable Use
By using Phantara you agree to:
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful activities.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or resell generated content commercially without express permission.
• Not overload the service with automated requests (scraping, bots).
5. Intellectual Property
The code, design, brand, and content of Phantara are the property of their owners. AI-generated interpretations are produced for the personal use of the requesting user; no licence for commercial redistribution is granted.
6. Availability
We strive to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". Phantara is not liable for:
• Decisions made by users based on tarot interpretations.
• Data losses caused by technical errors beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
8. Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue service features with reasonable notice. Changes to PRO plan pricing will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the provider's registered address, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
